About the Job:
1. Outbound Approach
Cold Calls (70-100 calls per day): Reach out to potential clients or companies that may benefit from the staffing services offered by the agency. This involves pitching the agency’s services, understanding the client’s needs, and setting up follow-up meetings.
Email Outreach: Sending tailored, well-crafted emails to engage new prospects, introduce the agency’s offerings, and set up calls or meetings for further discussions.
Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, industries, and job roles that require staffing solutions.
2. Inbound Approach (Handling Existing Clients)
Client Retention: Act as the point of contact for existing clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring satisfaction with the staffing services provided.
Addressing Client Needs: Respond to inbound inquiries, ensuring that current clients’ staffing needs are met effectively and that the agency delivers quality candidates for their open positions.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients, increasing the overall revenue per client.
3. Increasing Business through Innovative Ideas
Market Research: Continuously evaluate the staffing market to discover emerging trends or industries where the agency could expand its reach.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and approach potential partners that could provide mutual business opportunities, such as complementary service providers or industry associations.
Creative Outreach Campaigns: Develop and implement innovative email or social media campaigns to reach a larger audience or target specific industries.
4. Hardworking and Time Management
Efficient Workload Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that all leads are followed up with in a timely manner, meeting both short-term and long-term business development goals.
Goal-Oriented: Consistently work towards achieving set targets, whether it’s the number of calls, meetings scheduled, or deals closed.
About YOU:
Must have strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in English
Ability to answer calls promptly, ideally within 5 seconds
Proficient in using computers, specifically Google Sheets
A professional attitude and demeanor
Must be able to work in the office from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-Time
Chance to get hired Permanently if performed as per expectation.
